Online Jobs

When you complete an online job application, the application ends up in an online database. Employers remove applicants from the database through methods that look a lot like Google Search. They select specific criteria and "search" the database for the right applicants. If you understand this, you will understand that you can not make much progress to get an interview with a generic resume. You will have to look at the job description and make sure that the keywords describing the job can be found in your resume and application. The database robots will extract the applications with most of the keywords found. If the keywords are not in your application, then yours will not appear until the top of the list of job applicants examined for the job. It's that easy. Insert keywords generously into your resume and application to get the maximum chance to be noticed.
